Groupware

When you have several people working on a project, they may not always be in the same place. In order to make sure all assets relating to them are stored together, it is a good idea to deploy a Groupware solution. It also helps you manage workload and communicate it to others.

By default, our solution provides contact management, group calendar, resource planner, task manager, project and a document asset store as well as a shared news area. Optionally a text-based scratch pad can be deployed for collaborative working on content.

The solution is internet based. Alternatively it can be installed on a company intranet or extranet.
