Coaching Staff Performance

We were asked to create an online staff analysis and performance improvement tool to help a coaching business support their course offerings.

What we delivered

Working with web and graphic design business we created an online questionnaire and reporting system.  The coach invites the staff member to answer a set of questions using a rating mechanism.  The answers are totaled and grouped by four categories.  After the questionnaire is complete and reviewed by the coach, the staff member is supplied with a detailed report providing insight into areas of improvement.  They are also guided through the process of creating an action plan to implement those changes.

The report is delivered as an online private mini-site and as a dynamically generated PDF for later review/saving.
