Brief

To rebuild and enhance online e-commerce shop.

Solution

Working in colloboration with a local web design company we built a custom e-commerce engine with content management system to control all aspects of shop behaviour. Browser-based admin area to add, update and remove products. Ability to directly control prices, promotions, categories, sub-categories, delivery, etc. Product search, with tagging for specials offers, new products and gift promotions. Payment gateway integration. Online mechanism to process orders and customer details with automated email notifications.

Immediate. First sales within a few hours of site being relaunched.
