Why should we use a custom-built / bespoke solution rather than a boxed product?

Flexibility. With an off-the-shelf boxed product, you are often restricted to what you can and can't do. You also may need to change your working practices to align to the 'prefered workflow' of the boxed product.

Our solutions are built and personalised to the specific needs of your business. If you need something added or removed, it can be done. We are in complete control of the functionality of the custom-built solution we deliver to you.

What about long term support?

A few of our potential customers have voiced concerns regarding long term support on a custom-built solution. In some cases, they have chosen an off-the-shelf boxed product because of this.

We support all of our custom-built solutions over the long term. Most off-the-shelf software has a supported life-span of two to three years. After that point, the supplier will have moved on to another release, and will pursade you to upgrade. We will not do this. Our solutions are delivered to your specific requirements and can be adapted based on your changing business needs. This actually provides you with much more flexibility and better support.

Which programming languages do you use?

It all depends on what our customer's requirements are. Every language and framework has it's specialism. Our experience and deep understanding of software development allow us to quickly adapt. This flexibility allows us to provide the best solution to our customers rather than making all problems fit the same framework.

How much does it cost?

The investment depends on your goals. We provide estimates based on a brief or specification from you detailing your exact needs.

We have completed work for as low as £100 ex. VAT. Full custom-built applications usually begin at around £700 ex. VAT.
