We were asked to allow new and existing customers to securely download magazine back issues and supplementary content.

What we delivered

Working with a local design company, we built a custom-built e-commerce engine and content management system to allow our customer to populate the website with content in different categories. Each product has summary and full descriptions which are searchable. Tiered pricing is used on collection in a cart and checkout. WorldPay payment gateway integration. Online administration system to manipulate customer records. Systems integration via SOAP to customer’s internal system for subscription submissions.

In addition, we also helped the same customer modify a separate and existing e-commerce and backend subscription management system to allow for new subscription category submissions and changed pricing structure to serve all articles / issues over two years old on a complementary basis. We also implemented new design integration.
