We were asked to build a property services search engine for buyers and sellers to compare the quality and price for matching suppliers.
What we delivered
Working with a local web design business, we built a site registration and search mechanism which allows the site visitor to search for estate agency, legal, mortgages, epc and removals services. The results include a supplier description, promotional messages, the distance from the buyer and can be sorted by price or supplier rating. They can also be saved in ‘My Quotes’ for later review or to make an enquiry.
The backend allows the client to insert different pricing structures for each supplier and view reports on number of registrations, searches performed, supplier ranking, enquiries made, etc.
