National Supplier of Digital Workflow Services

Brief

To build an information management system to allow our customer to track progress on projects as they move through the workflow pipeline. The system needed to be intuitive and easy to use for both staff and their clients.

Solution

A private password-protected website which allowed our customer to place job description online, update progress and monitor proof approval. All actions were automatically email confirmed. Each of their clients has access to a login area to view, search, and download active work progress on demand.

Impact

Immediate. The ability to see progress in one place is extremely powerful and this solution along with others like it have been used by our customer for several years.
