Business Link Norfolk

Brief

To build an information management system to allow Business Link Norfolk to publish training requirements for their clients and record information relating to training suppliers. The system needed to be intuitive and easy to use for both Business Link Norfolk staff and their training suppliers.

Solution

A private password-protected website which allowed Business Link Norfolk to place requirements online. All registered suppliers were informed via email and requested to register interest, proposals, along with other relevant supporting documentation. The website tracked their responses, allowing Business Link Norfolk to clearly see the progress of each requirement. The solution also stored training supplier profiles so Business Link Norfolk advisers could source companies relating to a competence and location.

Impact

Immediate. The solution was used for several years.
