National Event and Party Venue Coordinator

Brief

To build an information management system for a new party venue organiser that was easy to use.

Solution

A database and public website was built around it which contained all the party venues, their contact details, promotion vouchers, etc. This can be searched by multiple criteria. An online invitation tracking system was also developed that allows a party organiser to send invitations and then view a private web page examining reply status and relevant messages.
