Brief

To build an online management system allowing customers to self-book properties and allow staff to communicate with customers and suppliers. The system is to replace their paper-based solution and an off-the-shelf package they had outgrown.

Online customer property search, availability calendars and booking engine with complex property extra dependencies. Backend management of properties, bookings, generation of emails / letters to customers and owners. Extensive reporting and accounts facilities to manage business and pay owners.
