National Supplier of Villas Rentals and Sales

Brief

To build an online management and accounts system allowing staff to monitor and share information relating to villa bookings and sales.

Solution

A private password-protected website which allowed our customer to add, update and remove bookings and sales. Multiple logins and account profiles for staff. Ability to share information with management companies with their own separate login and to control what they can and can't see.

Impact

Immediate. The system replaced their Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
