We were asked to build an information management system to allow our customer to track progress on projects as they move through the workflow pipeline. The system needed to be intuitive and easy to use for both staff and their clients.
What we delivered
A private password-protected website which allowed our customer to place job description online, update progress and monitor proof approval. All actions were automatically email confirmed. Each of their clients has access to a login area to view, search, and download active work progress on demand.
