THE SOLUTION

Following on from the success of an online enquiry / booking and CRM system we created for a music agency, we were asked to connect the booking and payments section of their system with Xero.

For this we used the Xero API and added functionality to relevant parts of their system so invoices and payments for customers and suppliers are raised automatically in their Xero account in real-time based on actions in their booking system.

With many bookings a day, our automation saved them time and eliminates data re-keying for accounts.
